This position provides day-to-day support for maintenance activities while independently managing assigned Quick Projects (QP) and other small Facilities projects from initial scope development through execution and closeout. The role coordinates with Facilities personnel, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support maintenance and project execution.\nPrimary Responsibilities: include coordinating contractor mobilization and site access, maintaining required documentation, tracking open actions and deliverables, supporting purchase and service requirements, maintaining project and maintenance records, and ensuring required documentation is complete and properly closed out.\nFor assigned QP and small Facilities projects, the Facilities Engineer will develop and validate scope, coordinate estimates and contractor proposals, support procurement activities, establish and track schedules, coordinate customer and site requirements, monitor field execution, manage changes and open actions, and drive projects through completion and closeout. Projects may involve building infrastructure, equipment installation or replacement, office and production-area modifications, repairs, and other Facilities improvements.\nThe position works closely with the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler and Facilities maintenance leadership but does not own the overall maintenance planning and scheduling function.
