Supports initial contractor mobilization and onboarding, including coordination of site access, security badging, required documentation, points of contact, service requirements, and other activities necessary to successfully establish new maintenance service providers.\nIn steady-state operations, coordinates subcontractor service activities in alignment with maintenance requirements and schedules. Tracks assigned scopes of work, coordinates contractor access and scheduling, monitors required deliverables, follows up on outstanding work and documentation, and verifies administrative completeness of contracted maintenance activities. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters.
