Responsibilities include gathering and reviewing data relating to facility or equipment specifications, company or regulatory requirements, target completion dates, and construction feasibility. The postholder will coordinate with architecture and engineering firms to develop design criteria and prepare layout and detailed drawings, as well as prepare bid packages and contracts for construction projects and facility acquisitions.\nAdditional responsibilities include reviewing and estimating project costs, including equipment, installation, labour, materials, site preparation, and other related expenses.
