Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.\nIn this role you will perform a variety of financial tasks to include resource controls, Basis of Estimate preparation, and resource estimating support for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program at its Cape Canaveral, Florida location. Offices are located in Government provided facilities aboard the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.\nResource controls duties include extracting, analyzing, and compiling data for monthly variance reporting of contracts. Schedule and cost variances must be identified and explanations, both written and verbal, provided in accordance with strict deadlines.\nOther duties include:\nConsolidates information from financial systems into actionable business solution recommendations to key stakeholders\nParticipation in weekly meetings, direct interface with Management to ascertain variance cause, corrective action, and estimated recovery dates, maintaining detailed spreadsheets to track costs for various supporting areas of the FBM contract.\nWork with various data systems to support contract proposals for new and existing efforts, and respond to numerous ad hoc requests for cost estimates.\nAssist managers in development of staffing plans and forecasts and monitoring of weekly labor charges\nAnalysis of actual headcount and cost\nProvide guidance to Control Account Managers to include trend identification and risk/opportunities assessments\nPresent data in a business review format to LM Senior Management\nBasic Qualifications\n-Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college or equivalent years of combined education/experience or experience in lieu of degree\n-Advanced Microsoft Office Skills\n-Experience managing and analyzing large budgets or other related finance skills\n-High analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numberical data\n-Must be able to obtain or already have a Secret security clearance.
