You'll be aligned to a single Agile Delivery Team within the Compute IaaS Product Area. Your key responsibilities in this role include the following:\nDesigning and developing Enterprise Compute infrastructure products on premise and in public clouds\nCreating automated product provisioning and maintenance with goal of reducing human in the loop and enabling Customer self service\nConducting solution tests for security, performance, and availability\nDeploying solutions across multiple platforms including on-premise and AWS and Azure public clouds to meet global business area needs\nPromoting adherence to corporate infrastructure processes, procedures, standards including Change Management, Disaster Recovery /Business Continuity Plan, (DR/BCP), and Security / Government regulatory compliance\nSupporting operations to resolve incidents and outages\nStaying up-to-date on / meeting Service Level Agreements for product provisioning and incident resolution\nProviding technical guidance and sharing knowledge to grow and enable peers \nFurther Information About This Opportunity:\nThis role is fully remote and requires US Citizenship due to system access. Flexibility in scheduling is required to due on-call support rotation.
