Implementing a tailored learning solution, Lockheed Martin leads the delivery of this approach for all Royal Australian Air Force, Royal Australian Navy and the Australian Army candidates; as well as supporting operations for other key Australian Defence Force aviation units.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver classroom instruction focused on aircraft systems, operational procedures, aircraft performance, Air Traffic Control and airspace procedures, emergency protocols, troubleshooting, navigation, aerodynamics, radio operations, civil and military aviation regulations, and ADF policies.\nMaintain student training records.\nConduct aircraft visits and procedure training both aboard static airframes and within procedural trainers.\nAssess and report on each student’s proficiency, providing feedback and targeted counseling for those needing additional support.\nMaintain, secure, and inventory all assigned training equipment, manuals, course materials, and related supplies.\nKeep accurate training records, files, and reports in compliance with company and regulatory standards.\nInnovate and develop new teaching methods, techniques, and training aids to improve instructional efficiency and effectiveness.\nDon't meet every requirement?\nIf you're excited by this opportunity but don't meet every criterion, we'd still love to hear from you.
