This role will partner with engineering and operations teams to identify constraints, analyze production data, and implement improvements supporting safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.\nThe successful candidate will apply Industrial Engineering fundamentals to understand how work moves through complex test processes and help improve the efficiency, predictability, and scalability of the overall system.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related degree/ related experience\nExperience through coursework, internships, or professional assignments applying Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, or process-improvement principles\nExperience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support problem solving and decision-making\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within cross-functional teams\nUS Citizenship, ability to obtain a Top Secret CLearance\nDesired Skills\nExperience with capacity analysis, process flow, cycle-time analysis, equipment utilization, bottleneck/constraint analysis, or queue management\nFamiliarity with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous-improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, process mapping, DMAIC, root-cause analysis, or standard work\nExperience analyzing manufacturing or operational performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities\nFamiliarity with facility/layout analysis and optimization of material, people, or product flow\nExperience with data analysis and visualization tools\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP or manufacturing execution systems\nAbility to organize technical information, communicate findings, and develop data-driven recommendations\nInterest in developing proficiency in simulation, capacity modeling, or other advanced Industrial Engineering analytical methods\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
