May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field with at least one year of professional experience\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nCapable of leading improvement / optimization projects\nExperience with statistical analysis and data analytics\nFamiliarity with SAP or a related manufacturing system\nDesired Skills\nResource planning experience\nTableau experience\nAerospace or Fabrication Shop Experience\nStrong Verbal and Written Communication Skills\nSQL Experience\nExperience with statistical analysis, data analysis, and/or database operations \nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and Management Operating Systems\nPossesses comprehensive understanding and applies concepts within the field and related disciplines.
