This role will partner with engineering and operations teams to identify constraints, analyze production data, and implement improvements supporting safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.\nThe successful candidate will apply Industrial Engineering fundamentals to understand how work moves through complex assembly and test processes and help improve the efficiency, predictability, and scalability of the overall system.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related degree/ related experience\nExperience applying Industrial Engineering principles within a manufacturing or operations environment\nExperience analyzing production data and translating findings into actionable recommendations\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage assignments and collaborate across functional teams\nAbility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance, US Citizenship required\nDesired Skills\nExperience with capacity analysis, time studies, standard work, line balancing, facility/layout optimization, or production flow\nWorking knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools including Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement\nExperience identifying and analyzing manufacturing constraints and bottlenecks\nExperience developing or using manufacturing performance metrics/KPIs\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing routings/work centers\nData analysis and visualization experience using tools\nAbility to lead small improvement efforts from problem definition through implementation and sustainment\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
