You excel at data analysis, performance tracking, and using ERP tools like SAP to drive operational excellence. Your problem-solving mindset, clear communication, and collaborative spirit enable you to partner effectively across program offices, production operations, and engineering teams.\nFurther Information About This Opportunity\nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain required security clearance.\nAnalyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\nShop floor production experience in a manufacturing environment\nExperience creating and maintaining production build schedules\nStrong data analysis skills, including working with data tables\nAdvanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and scheduling\nDesired Skills\nExperience integrating production schedules with capacity planning and program requirements.\nProficiency with MS Office Suite and analytical/project planning tools.\nFamiliarity with data systems and MES tools (SAP, EDW, Business Objects).\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to apply Industrial Engineering principles.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in Production Operations and Program Offices.\nExperience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.\nKnowledge of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Program Planning & Scheduling (PP&S).\nStrong SAP expertise or experience with similar ERP systems.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
