This role gives you the chance to sharpen those skills, learn industry leading tools, and grow a career that directly supports national defense and aerospace innovation.\nSchedule Development & Integration\nPartners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.\nResponsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.\nEnsures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.\nInterfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator.\nAnalysis & Performance Management\nProvides the program with time phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.\nEnsures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.\nDevises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.\nUtilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.\nPlanning & Proposal Support\nPrepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree with 4 or more years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling\nExperience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool\nExperience with fully networked, resource loaded labor hour schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology\nExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration and Earned Value Metrics\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications\nExperience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders\nActive secret security clearance\nDesired Skills\nExpert experience in a schedule networking tool, such as Deltek OpenPlan (preferred) or Microsoft Project Server, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience\nIntegrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance\nExperience with @Risk, Acumen Risk, or similiar\nExperience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance\nExperience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)\nSome experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques\nAbility to work independently as well as part of an integrated team\nAbility to communicate and work effectively within a team\nStrong sense of follow-up with strict attention to detail and quality\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
