As our Program Planner, you will support the Program Planning organization through providing functional support of Life Extension 2 Program in support of program execution planning activities. To be successful, you must have a strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.\nIn this role, you will...\nPartner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.\nBe responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. \nProvide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.\nEnsure all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.\nPrepare/coordinate the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.\nInterface with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator.\nEnsure vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.\nDevise modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.\nUtilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience with planning/scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Open Plan, P6, etc.)\nExperience developing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)\nFamiliarity with planning/ scheduling on programs requiring EVMS\nUS Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Secret government security clearance\nDesired Skills\nActive Secret security clearance\nOpen Plan Professional and Microsoft Office Suite\nExperience with OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro\nSome experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance\nExperience resource loading labor hours preferred\nSome experience in the application of integrated cost/ schedule techniques\nStrong influencing and relationship management skills\nAbility to work independently as well as part of an integrated team\nAbility to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines\nStrong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
