This role will report to the TLS Integrated Program Planning Manager and support the Enterprise and Contract Planning managers. This position will be fully remote.The selected candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of process improvements for the TLS Enterprise schedule effort and will be responsible for providing program scheduling expertise and service that support the entire program lifecycle from proposal to delivery. This effort requires extensive expertise in Open Plan and managing complex cross-linking of individual contract files. Ideal candidate should have experience in working with Master and Subprojects within Open Plan, ability to assist in the integration of new contracts and work on any back-end integration issues. This includes partnering with Program Management, EPMs, CAMs, and Planners to fully integrate and align key program dependencies, identify schedule risks, and provide detailed analytics to stakeholders. This role also includes responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and technical skills development across the program planners, including developing and implementing solution-based training.
