They will be able to work and communicate with their scrum teams, but also program leadership and both internal and external customers.\nWHO YOU ARE:\nWithin RMS SEMS, we are seeking an experienced Integration & Test (I&T) Systems Engineer Staff with proven expertise planning, coordinating, executing, and troubleshooting hardware/software integration and verification throughout the product lifecycle.\nIntegrate system requirements, architectures, operational scenarios, and interface definitions from customer and contractual needs.\nTroubleshoot system issues, lead root-cause investigations, and support corrective actions.\nPlan and execute integration, verification, validation, and acceptance activities across the product lifecycle.\nDefine test strategies, environments, procedures, readiness criteria, and success measures for new capabilities.\nIdentify integration and test risks and support mitigation planning.\nPromote cross-functional collaboration, I&T best practices, and continuous improvement\nDay-to-day activities include:\nParticipate in daily scrums, sprint and release planning, and demonstrations.\nWork with software engineers and cybersecurity professionals on system and security requirements.\nDevelop and integrate open, modular hardware and software components for RF systems.\nTHE WORK:\nIn this role, you will integrate RF hardware, software, and supporting systems in lab and field environments.
