Establishes and directs the maintenance of company-wide training programs. Establishes and directs the maintenance of a company-wide training and qualification record system. Maintains currency in technical developments, technical training, and audiovisual techniques including the maintenance of company aircraft instruction manuals. Coordinates all required technical training and outside contract sales technical training programs. Exclude ground school instructors.\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience in an aircraft maintenance instructor role.\nExperience in training content delivery and instructor methodologies.\nMaintain and create maintenance personnel training records for both aircraft and non-aircraft training.\nMaintain Training program in accordance with AeroCode 7666.\nEnsure Training program is complying in accordance with DCMA Instruction 8210.\nTrack training compliance and coordinates completion of training for maintenance personnel and reports to management.\nAnalyze training requirements to identify training needs and shortfalls.\nCoordinates and manages training meetings with management.\nProvided training metrics for maintenance personnel to management.\nCoordinates training locally and with Fort Worth Training Department for maintenance personnel.\nCoordinates and tracks medical certifications and scheduling.\nCoordinates with Navy Fleet Readiness Center to secure training and certification for Lockheed Martin personnel on Navy Support Equipment.\nCoordinates with Navy personnel for Lockheed Martin to secure training and certification for airfield driver’s licenses.\nCoordinates with Fort Worth to create local training courses in LM Talent Central.\nDesired Skills\nFlight Test Experience.\nF-35 Experience.\nAbility to read, interpret and apply blueprints.\nUnderstanding of Avionics and other system integration.\nUnderstanding of engine systems and theory of operations.\nKnowledge and experience with standard shop tools.\nAbility to speak clearly with exceptional communication skills.\nKnowledge of Autonomic Logistics Information Systems (ALIS).\nExperience with using Microsoft Office Suite, LM Talent, Learning Content Management Systems, Learning Management Systems, or other related software suites.\nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills are required for the position.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
