We encourage candidates to apply if they have transferable experience or skills that demonstrate their ability to perform the work:\nDemonstrated experience with mechanical and/or electromechanical assemblies and related manufacturing processes.\nAbility to create, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation, such as work instructions, product flow diagrams, and operating instructions.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and other technical documentation.\nExperience working in a manufacturing or production environment and collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve issues and improve processes.\nBachelors Degree or combination of education and work experience\nUS Citizen with ability to obtain a secret security clearance\nDesired Skills\nThe following qualifications are valued but are not required:\n2+ years professional experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.\nExperience supporting process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.\nExperience collaborating with engineering, production, quality, or operations teams.\nExperience supporting nonconformance investigations, root-cause analysis, or corrective actions.\nAbility to analyze production data and use findings to identify opportunities for process, quality, or efficiency improvements.\nExperience in SAP and/or Apriso.\nAbility to use production information and data to support problem solving, process improvement, or quality investigations.\nU.S Citizenship and an active Secret-level security clearance or higher.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
