Our team is responsible for improving the producibility of designs while supporting initial fabrication efforts for various Advanced Programs until they transition to the Line of Business (LOB) for low-rate initial production.\nYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nEvaluating designs and providing manufacturing feedback\nDeveloping manufacturing readiness assessment\nAssess make/buy determinations\nPresenting program status information to customers and stakeholders\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including Production Operations, Program Management, Engineering and Technology stakeholders, etc.\nSupporting fabrication of early development builds and presenting at design and manufacturing reviews\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineer, or equivalent)\nAbility to obtain a secret security clearance\nExperience with Manufacturing / Assembly / Production processes\nAbility to travel domestic and/or international\nDesired Skills\nShop floor manufacturing engineering experience\nExperience with manufacturing of complex electromechanical systems\nExperience with electromechanical assembly, manufacturing tooling design, factory design, and/or factory flow\nExperience in program development with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and leadership\nExperience with Make-Buy generation and strategy\nManufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) knowledge/experience\nLean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
