Standard Job Description You will be the Senior Manufacturing / Process Engineer for the Missile Assembly team at Pike County Operations (PCO) in Troy, Alabama. Our team is responsible for creating high-tech solutions in advanced missile manufacturing to meet the warfighter needs for the next-generation battlespace. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing / Process Engineer you will be responsible for driving technical excellence on the production shop floor, shaping manufacturing processes, and delivering digital tools that boost productivity. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Analyzing engineering data to develop new manufacturing processes and detailed work instructions. Integrating new assets and technologies into the factory. Supporting area-wide continuous-improvement initiatives that enhance quality and reduce cost. Investigating root-cause of quality defects and implementing effective corrective and preventative actions. Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing process equipment and tooling.
