Additionaly, this position is responsible for managingconcurrent high-priority projects while partnering with engineering, quality, procurement, production, and program leadership to deliver complex aircraft modifications and flight test instrumentation on schedule and within budget.\nThis position will lead represented employees. Responsibilities include a broad range of oversite, including but not limited to, metal fabrication (CNC machining and sheet metal hand forming), electrical harness fabrication, structural and electrical installation on aircraft, and maintenance and removal of instrumentation measurements and equipment on aircraft.\nThis position requires strong team leadership, administrative, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Additionally, a strong technical background and understanding of aircraft manufacturing is required.\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience leading teams in Aircraft Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Production Operations.\nExperience in one or more of the following; sheet metal/structural fabrication, cnc maching, harness fabrication/installation/routing, and flight line/aircraft modification.\nDesired Skills\nExperience in Flight Test Instrumentation\nKnowledge of Lockheed Martin engineering and manufacturing systems, including CATIA, EDMS, DIMS, PDM, VAS, SFM, Apriso, and SAP.\nWorking knowledge of Lockheed Martin's organizational processes and cross-functional collaboration.\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and foster team development.\nExperience with managing represented employees in a union environment.\nProven ability to execute policies and procedures effectively, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office software\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
