Our team is responsible for coordinating production planning, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet customer needs.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAs the Manufacturing Planner you will be responsible for driving production efficiency through precise planning and cross-functional coordination.\nYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nDeveloping expertise in SAP and Apriso to optimize production planning.\nCoordinating with cross-functional teams, including supervision, operators, and internal customers.\nManaging inventory, including new part requests, and monitoring consumable material levels.\nProviding program health information to customers and internal stakeholders.\nAnalyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.\nCollaborating with the Make Part Controller to coordinate kit releases and resolve part shortages.\nMaintaining and monitoring production planning and control (PP&C) metrics.\nCollaborating with Supply Chain Stakeholders to determine time-phased plans for procured parts.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience /combined education.\nExperience in production, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control.\nExperience with SAP or an MRP equivalent.\nDemonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)\nValid driver’s license.\nMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and obtain an interim secret clearance prior to starting.\nCandidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.\nDesired Skills\nWorking knowledge of SAP and Apriso WM Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.\nLockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing operations experience.\nAbility to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.\nUnderstanding of MRP / supply and demand management.\nDemonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and consistency.\nDemonstrated ability to work well in both a team environment and alone.\nDemonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.\nGreen Belt certified.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
