Working under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and side-by-side with the Senior HVAC Technician, you will perform preventive-maintenance, corrective work, service-request fulfillment, equipment repairs, and building-modification tasks. You will also use the Building Automation System (BMS) as a primary diagnostic tool and troubleshoot field-level HVAC controls. When a problem exceeds your training, safety limits, or scope, you will promptly involve senior technical resources.\nPrimary Responsibilities: HVAC/mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment troubleshooting and repair, BMS-supported troubleshooting, field controls diagnostics, equipment operation, planned outage support, work order documentation .Responsible for performing HVAC and mechanical preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and equipment operation across the campus.
