You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders at every level of the organization and across functional departments to drive initiatives forward with a OneLM approach.\nTHE WORK\nAs a Metrics & Data Analyst you will be responsible for supporting analytical and innovative efforts within the enterprise ESHS organization and across the business areas. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nPartnering with ESH and functional SMEs to understand pain points and opportunities, then transcribing them into data-driven solutions. \nMaintaining data analytics pipelines that support program management. \nUtilizing statistics, machine learning, and AI to analyze program performance and operational metrics. \nCreating interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau that translate large complex datasets into actionable narratives that drive ESH efforts. \nCollaborating with AI teams to develop and drive adoption of AI solutions. \nSupporting the enterprise analytics strategy for ESH and sustainability \nDesigning, developing, and maintaining dashboards, KPI reports, and predictive models \nEstablishing data-governance standards, quality controls, and taxonomy for ESH data \nMonitoring performance metrics, providing executive insights, and recommending corrective actions \nSupporting the ESH Analytics Center of Excellence \nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?\nWe provide the resources and give you the flexibility to enable inspiration and focus -if you have the passion and courage to dream big, work hard, and have fun doing what you love then we want to build a better tomorrow with you.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field related to data/analytics (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related) or equivalent experience .\nProficiency in data querying and data wrangling (e.g. SQL, pandas).\nProficiency in a scripting programming language (Python, R, or similar). \nProficiency in data visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc. \nStrong data quality governance, ensuring accuracy and integrity through rigorous auditing and exploratory data analysis. \nFamiliarity with machine-learning and AI solutions. \nStrong written, visual, and oral communication; ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. \nExperience leading cross-functional projects, defining scope, managing timelines, and delivering results. \nDesired Skills\nFamiliarity with environmental, safety and health business processes \nFamiliarity with leveraging AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and machine learning techniques to automate workflows, accelerate data processing, or uncover hidden patterns. \nAbility to communicate highly technical findings and analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely. \nSuccessfully partnering across functions to align data strategies with overarching business objectives. \nDemonstrated ability to manage projects from initial scoping and requirement gathering to final delivery and ongoing maintenance. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities, track milestones, and adapt to shifting business needs in a fast-paced environment. \nPay Information\nGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
