# Multifunctional Facilities Manager

Standard Job Description You will be the Site Facilities Manager for Chelmsford operations and all MFC sites in Massachusetts. Based in Chelmsford, you will report directly to the Site Director with a dotted-line reporting through the enterprise facilities organization. In this role, you will own facilities operations across multiple buildings for a mature-but-growing microelectronics manufacturing, advanced RF design, laboratories, and office space. What You Will Be Doing As the Site Facilities Manager you will be responsible for leading the facilities organization to sustain high-performing manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead a multi-shift team of maintenance, facilities, and custodial staff that maintain buildings and critical infrastructure seven days a week, ensuring production continuity. Manage more than one functional area in Facilities, such as maintenance, groundskeeping, facilities expansions/relayouts, construction, property management, office planning and layout. Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition or disciplinary actions.
