This position will lead a team responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions for these programs. This may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping. Over see production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to meet cost and schedule commitments within the factory. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Overall strategic coordination for MSW program impacts in the Owego factory from 1LMX process changes, supporting the schedule mitigation actions required during the SAP migration at the end of 2027.\nBasic Qualifications\nDemonstrated leadership and ability to influence/lead people\nUnderstand lean manufacturing concepts and flow\nAbility to work cross-funactionally\nAbility to manage conflicts in a fast-paced environment\nSAP/COS experience & skills\nBachelors degree or equivelant experience/combined education with 10+ years of professional experiece; or 8 years of professional experience with a related masters degree\nDesired Skills\nProgram Production Control experience\nDiverse set of Lockheed Martin Program experience\nRMS Production Operations experience\nGreen or Black Belt certified\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
