This role plans, coordinates, and monitors daily logistics operations, enforces compliance with safety and environmental regulations, manages resource allocation, and resolves operational issues that could impact production flow. The supervisor also conducts performance evaluations, provides training on equipment and chemical handling procedures, and collaborates with engineering, production, and supply-chain teams to continuously improve transportation processes and support overall mission readiness. Addionally, you may attend status meetings advising management of the status of work in progress, and material availability. You must have the ability to resolve issues that may arise in the manufacturing process by interfacing with all supporting organization and be flexible, open minded and capable of managing multiple tasks.
