Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Communicates quality requirements, concerns and expectations. Active participant in risk and opportunity management processes. Ensures cost commitments and financial responsibilities are met. Ensures appropriate identification and flow down of quality requirements (internal and contractual) and effective implementation of quality requirements. Ensures effective implementation of quality management system within area of responsibility. Ensures effective implementation of a metrics program and actively address adverse trends. Ensures product acceptance and delivery per established process and program requirements. Note: This job code will be used for quality personnel that have lead responsibility for a program with one or more quality disciplines.\nBasic Qualifications\nAppropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.\nFamiliarity with AS9100, ISO-9001, and MIL-STD-1913/1917 quality system requirements.\nAbility to develop, schedule, and deliver training for hourly associates.\nAbility to manage cost and schedule in a Manufacturing environment \nLeadership experience\nMilitary PMEL/TMDE training\nDesired Skills\nExperience calibrating/adjusting electronic or physical/dimensional test and measurement equipment\nExperience working with electro-mechanical equipment\nDemonstrate knowledge of regulations such as NIST,ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110 orANSI Z540.1, etc.\n\nIndySoft Experience\nKnowledgable about NAS410 Nondestructive Inspection in Ultrasonics (UT) and Eddy Current (ET)\nExperience working on aircraft utilizing NDI equipment, standards, probes, etc. in performance of NDI inspections.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
