You bring analytical rigor, collaborative leadership, and a track record of delivering measurable results that enhance safety, quality, and productivity.\nFurther Information About This Opportunity\nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.\nPerforms activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum of eight years of experience in operations, project management, process improvement, industrial engineering, or a related function.\nBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.\nCertification as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.\nWorking knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, RCCA, and VSM creation.\nExperience analyzing operational data and translating findings into practical recommendations.\nDemonstrated ability to develop project plans, manage risks, coordinate resources, and deliver measurable results.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects or process-improvement initiatives.\nDesired Skills\nMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineering, operations management, organizational leadership, or a related discipline.\nCertification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project-management credential.\nChange-management certification, such as Prosci, CCMP, or an equivalent qualification.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and peers across all levels of an organization, including non-technical personnel (from shop floor technicians to executive level).\nExperience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, SQL, or equivalent applications.\nExperience coaching or training leaders and employees in Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods.\nExperience implementing daily management systems, tiered accountability, strategy deployment, or Hoshin Kanri.\nFamiliarity with automation, digital transformation, workflow technology, or business-process management systems.\nStrong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nAbility to work with ambiguity\nSelf-motivated\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
