As a Lockheed Martin employee, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in an environment that values integrity and excellence.\nTHE WORK\nPerforms activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.\nAggregates demand signals for both Firm/Forecast demand to drive demand plan completeness\nCollaborates with Program Managers, Business Development, and Sustainment demand owners to capture accurate and timely forecast updates are incorporated into the SIOP process.\nManages risks/gaps/actions associated with Demand.\nForecasts/models over the lifecycle of a product. \nAggregates LRP/Sales Plan execution risk at different business levels. \nEnsure SIOP governance and guardrails are followed through demand entry monitoring \nCollaborate with Production Master Scheduling to help plan changes prior to major factory replanning efforts \nFocused on SIOP early engagement to ensure that opportunities and proposals are analyzed for supportability prior to demand creation.\nCapturing and aggregating risk and opportunities to execution.\nManages gap action and risk tracking/escalation/closure\nSupports Demand Loads to ensure all requirements are loaded with full Lead Time and in alignment with SIOP simulation output\nCollaborate with Program Managers and Sustainment demand stream owners to drive improvements in forecasting processes in support of firm demand planning\nOversees BA financial risk analysis and chairs business area decision forums\nCoordinates cross-functionally and manages stakeholder expectations to successfully execute SIOP process\nPlease Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.\nWHO WE ARE\nOur customers are world-wide and so is our reputation for creating innovative solutions with the latest technologies.
