Our team is responsible for ultra-precision machining and additive manufacturing that enable the development and production of complex optical components and sophisticated electronic systems for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAs the Optical Pattern Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining photolithographic production equipment in a clean-room environment.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nSet up, operate, and adjust photolithographic equipment, including coating, deposition, and cleaning stations.\nAlign and load optical parts into fixtures, applying pattern and deposition masks with manual and computer-controlled tools.\nPerform metal lift-off, etch, and other micron-scale processes while monitoring process parameters.\nInspect parts using gauges, microscopes, and electronic instruments; record results in production logs.\nMaintain a cleanroom work area, follow safety procedures, and perform routine equipment maintenance.\nVisual Acuity to correctable 20/20 is required.\nWhy Join Us\nDo you want to be part of a company culture that encourages employees to build their career, apply their knowledge while using cutting-edge technology, and achieve challenging goals? Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.\nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment or with production equipment/test machinery.\nExperience with semiconductors, wet/dry chemical processing, or wafer fabrication/inspection.\nThe ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, process plans and flow diagrams\nThe ability to work in a 1k cleanroom and wear cleanroom attire for extended periods is required.\nThe ability to work with hazardous chemicals\nBasic computer skills\nDue to facility requirements, all candidates must be U.S. Citizens\nMust be able to work on 1st, 2nd or weekend shifts as defined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement\nDesired Skills\nExperience working in a cleanroom environment.\nExperience with photolithography or metal deposition for EMI shielding applications.\nExperience with baking, coating, etching or developing optical patterned parts.\nExperience handling, inspecting, and cleaning optical elements.\nPay Information\n$24.96 - $41.60\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
