Input Production Order requests into Configuration Management Document Control (CMDC) when applicable. Provide daily documents electronically for outside service. Assign incoming change item tasks to appropriate team members and maintain log sheet of task assignments. Provide change updates to those areas supported above, checking IO dispatch, SAP and IT Reports to determine current status and location of Production Orders and / or Projects. Resolve drawing / TeamCenter issues for requests. Identify and work with Data Management to resolve proprietary issues. Print Mylars/1:1 for Production, Quality & Inspection. Coordinate workload assistance with other Document Control members or provide assistance as needed. Remove drawings from closed Production Orders, scan Production Orders to return log before delivering back to MRP. Perform document returns to CMDC.
