Able to\naccurately cut materials to specific dimensions\nand bond to specified surfaces within exact\ntolerances.\nMust be able to interpret blueprints, process\nspecifications, knowledge of basic shop\nmathematics and follow complex application\nprocedures. Mask complex configurations. Set up\nand operate various types of spray guns and\nother painting equipment. Have the technique to\napply prime and finishing materials to correct\nthicknesses and use proper measuring inspection\nequipment to verify. Mix material including\nprimers, top coats, sealants and fillers to correct\nratios. Make patterns, cut and bond materials to\ncontoured surfaces.\nStanding/Sitting: Requires full time standing\nwith limited resting periods and to walk\ndistances. Sit for extended periods if required.\nHeights: Able to work at heights. Able to climb\nstairs or ladders as required. Able to work off of\nstep stools, scissor lifts, lift platforms and aircraft\nstructure without handrails.\nOverhead work: Able to work overhead as\nrequired.\nWeight restriction: Able to Lift/push/pull/carry a\nminimum of 25 lbs\nBody positioning: Able to twist/bend (neck or\nwaist) and stoop. Able to work in awkward\npositions as required. Able to\nsquat/kneel/crawl/reach as required.\nWork content: Able to use/hold/manipulate\nsmall tools and parts with hands. Simple grasping, power grasping and fine manipulation\nis required. Able to use vibrating tools and\nperform torqueing operations. Able to use\npower moving equipment and power moving\nequipment. Repetitive tasks will be performed.\nVision/Hearing: High level Hand/Eye\ncoordination required. Corrective lenses may be\nused. Eye protection required in many\ninstances.
