To be successful you must be comfortable working in a highly dynamic customer environment.\nAs the P267/P277 Ground Program Management Manager you will:\nBe responsible and accountable for the cost, schedule, and technical execution of the ground scope of these critical LM Space programs\nBe expected to coordinate across functions to execute program objectives, work collaboratively with leads across the Stinger campaign elements (program, technical, capture and business development) and leverage the LM enterprise\nInterface with and build effective relationships across the customer community\nEmploy Full Spectrum Leadership values to lead, motivate, challenge, and interact with the team.\nDirects all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.\nBasic Qualifications\nDemonstrated experience with project management or project engineering\nDemonstrated experience in planning and execution of events, tasks, or projects\nDemonstrated experience building key relationships across organizations internally and externally to achieve organizational and program goals\nDemonstrated experience with customer interfacing\nDemonstrated strong communication skills\nExperience with the following principles: Financial Management, Risk and Opportunity Management, Integrated Planning\nActive Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance prior to start\nDesired Skills\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related technical field) or equivalent experience/combined education\n10+ years of aerospace operations and/or engineering experience\nExperience in Earned Value Management and Agile principle\nIPT Lead or CAM experience for Software Development teams\nKnowledge of planning processes, including critical path analysis, risks, and Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation from a planning perspective\nExperience with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent) \nAbility to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous tasks as part of the daily program operations\nDemonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authority\nProven track record of good judgment and programmatic execution necessary to meet technical requirements while balancing schedules and budget obligations\nKnowledge of program lifecycle execution from concept phase through end-of-life phase\nExperience briefing status to senior and executive leadership\nExperience with the Stinger enterprise and/or related legacy programs\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $166900.00 - $309900.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
