You will gain exposure to a wide range of engineering disciplines while contributing to program execution, process improvement, and delivery success.\nKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nProject Planning & Coordination\nSupport the development of program plans, schedules, and resource needs\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware and documentation readiness\nTrack progress toward milestones and proactively identify risks\nProgram Execution\nCoordinate engineering changes, procurement activities, and material readiness\nPartner with manufacturing and test teams on prototype builds and deliverables\nEnsure technical documentation is current and aligns with engineering release processes\nMonitor hardware status and support issue resolution across design, supply chain, and production\nCommunication & Documentation\nDeliver status updates, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders\nMaintain detailed project records including design, schedule, and procurement tracking\nSupport customer reviews and internal readiness checkpoints\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify and implement opportunities for process and execution improvements\nContribute to team knowledge through lessons learned and documentation best practices\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience performing Project Engineering, Project Management, and/or Project planning related tasks within an engineering environment.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with working knowledge of MS Project.\nThis position requires U.S. Citizenship to meet program/customer requirements; must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.\nDesired Skills\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP for materials and production tracking\nExposure to RF hardware or antenna systems is a plus\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills\n Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nSuccessful applicants will possess at least 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline\nActive TS/SCI clearance\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
