You will serve as the primary operational liaison among Production, Engineering, Facilities, Program Management, and functional leadership. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, integrated master schedules (IMS), and status artifacts to keep work on track across multiple simultaneous initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nProject Planning & Scheduling - develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, maintain baseline schedules, track critical paths, and update forecasts when scope changes or risks arise.\nCross-Functional Coordination - partner with Production, Engineering, Facilities, Program Management, and functional teams to define requirements, milestones, and deliverables; lead regular cadence meetings, track action items, and drive timely decisions. \nStakeholder Communication - produce and deliver executive status reports, project health metrics, and briefings to senior leadership and program stakeholders. \nRisk & Compliance Management - proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to protect critical milestones while upholding Lockheed Martin safety, quality, and compliance standards. \nSupport Analyses - partner with stakeholders to develop cost estimates, return-on-investment (ROI) analyses, and business cases for new project proposals and capital requests. \nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent education/experience.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, from shop floor to executive leadership.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.\nDesired Skills\n2-3 years of project engineering or coordination experience on construction/facilities projects.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment for the aerospace or defense industry.\nProficient with project scheduling tools (MS Project, or equivalent).\nKnowledge of capital project planning, construction coordination, and large-scale equipment integration.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt Trained.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
