The Milcons and Strategic Projects team is looking for motivated individuals to help activate upcoming Milcon and Special projects supporting the future of the FBM D5 missile development, production, sustainment, and next generation missile programs.\nProficcient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice. \nBasic Qualifications\nProject management AND/OR construction management experience in commercial, industrial, government, military or DoD facilities.\nExperience with Project Management, project engineering, AND/OR systems engineering.\nExperience developing and executing project plans\nAbility to obtain a Secret clearance (US citizenship required)\nDesired Skills\nFamiliarity of Strategic Weapon Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT)\nFamiliarity with MISF and/or ICCB facility.\nExperience in the execution of engineering projects from start to finish\nFamiliarity with the MILCON process.\nProven and demonstrated leadership, organizational coordination, and communication skills.\nFamiliarity with FBM and D5 Missile processing operations\nExperience with leading multi-disciplined Integrated Project Teams (IPTs)\nExperience in the formulation of proposals and bases of estimate (BOE)\nExperienced in CAMship and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles\nSelf-starter requiring minimal supervision capable of clear communication through multiple levels of senior and executive leadership\nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar experience preferred\nUnderstand of the A&E design process and providing oversite of engineering design packages\nExperience preparing/reviewing the following facility engineering products: Statements of Work, Facility Design Criteria, Specification documents and construction cost estimates\nExperience in briefing and interfacing with senior level management and customers\nExcellent computer utilization skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
