This role must work across Lockheed Martin Business Areas (BAs) to understand contract requirements and most effectively deliver products and services in compliance with the customer. The successful candidate will collaborate with a scrum team to align and harmonize common requirements and processes across BAs, help generate functional specifications, and collaborate with IT developers to support the development, testing, and deployment of 1LMX capabilities.\nThe Integrator is a key functional role, that can float to support multiple teams as work flows change; or support a primary team on a regular cadence. The Functional Integrator is skilled in many areas and supports the successful delivery of the 1LMX ERP ProdOps solution.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDrives the creation of clear, well-structured functional specifications by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.\nTranslate requirements into detailed integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and interface designs.\nPartners with a diverse set of stakeholders providing cross-team collaboration, including cross-BA resources, scrum teams, value streams, portfolios, and IT, to align requirements and solutions.\nIn collaboration with Business Solution Architects, coordinates cross-team dependencies, interfaces, and integration points to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.\nSupports risks, issues, and dependencies identification and development of mitigation strategies.\nSupports the functional leads by leading requirement walkthroughs, supporting workshops and sprint reviews, and completing tasks and actions to support WTW and milestone deliverables.\nBasic understanding of and an ability to leverage AI tools to draft, refine, validate, and improve functional specifications and other project deliverables.\nSupports BRB ticket development, tracking, and submittal as well as BRB meetings.\nSupports testing activities and defect resolution by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, coordinating with impacted teams, and driving resolution.\nDemonstrate the ability to adapt quickly as priorities change, and pivot to new tasks; while maintaining work load organization.\nAbility to learn and take on new opportunities that don’t have a defined, straightforward path to completion.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline\nSignificant experience with Lockheed Martin operations and manufacturing processes or similar\nExperience leading or working with multifunctional teams\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities\nSAP experience\nDesired Skills\nKnowledge and experience with Lockheed Martin’s ERP and MES systems\nExperience with function specification development\nExperience with developing, testing, and deploying new software tools into production\nExperience with agile development methodologies and IT project management\nKnowledge and experience with SAP’s Product Compliance module\nBasic understanding of regulatory and Lockheed Martin-specific business processes related to chemical and material restrictions including the Product Chemical Composition Module (PCCM), and dangerous goods transportation and management\nPay Information\nGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
