You understand that successful sustainment requires more than managing individual tasks-it requires connecting people, processes, technical solutions, and resources to deliver the right capability at the right time.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nAssist in developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budgetary estimates, formal Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and related Subcontractor Statements of Work (SOWs) for new and continuing efforts.\nServe as a liaison with Global Sustainment (GS) Center of Excellence (COE) functional leads and subcontractors to collect, evaluate, and integrate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) project and product execution status.\nAssist in identifying, collecting, and evaluating engineering, program, and vendor source data required to support ILS product development, including coordinating efforts to resolve data gaps and shortfalls.\nAssist in the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and other ILS products and services.\nMonitor adherence to GS and program processes and procedures for product development and service execution.\nCollect and analyze program metrics and prepare progress reports, leadership briefings, and inputs for formal program reviews related to GS activities.\nPerform Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities in support of Earned Value Management (EVM).\nServe as a liaison between Global Sustainment, external customers, subcontractors, and Lockheed Martin program management to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and support successful program execution.\n#OneLMHotJobs\nBasic Qualifications\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.\nStrong project coordination, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet program commitments.\nExperience or working knowledge in one or more Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Sustainment domains, including:\nILS product development, such as training, technical publications, provisioning, and related products.\nILS requirements analysis and definition.\nManagement of ILS product interdependencies.\nILS-related tools, processes, and technologies.\nSustainment services, including maintenance and modernization, repair depot operations, calibration labs, performance-based logistics (PBL), and obsolescence management.\nExperience interfacing directly with customers, with the ability to communicate effectively and build productive working relationships, in support of quickly changing priorities.\nWillingness and ability to support infrequent domestic and international travel.\nDesired Skills\nPrevious experience participating on an Integrated Product Team (IPT) or other cross-functional team.\nExperience working within a Global Sustainment (GS) Center of Excellence (COE) or Program Integration organization.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze inventory and stock levels, identify assets for scrap disposition, and utilize priority modeling for cannibalization and testing of reclamation assets.\nExperience managing projects with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.\nExperience with ADIS (Automated Depot Information System).\nExperience with managing hardware from the CASS, RT-CASS, and eCASS systems.\nKnowledge of the Naval supply system (CAV-RP).\nCertified Cost Account Manager (CAM) or equivalent experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Management.\nExperience developing, reviewing, or evaluating cost proposals, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).\nExperience with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), resource planning, and execution tracking.\nExperience with risk management, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.\nKnowledge of Export Control processes, requirements, and guidelines.\nExperience with proposal development, cost estimating, and technical volume authoring.\nAbility to work under general direction, independently develop solutions, prioritize competing requirements, and take ownership of responsibilities to meet program objectives.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
