Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience working within large scale development programs\nDemonstrated, or equivalent knowledge of Systems Engineering or Project Management \nExperience working with cross functional teams\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nDesired Skills\nDemonstrated experience in proposal management and execution including: schedule development, resource management, budget management, scope management, contract generation\nPrior experience working with the Navy or other military branch on large system development contracts\nSelf-starter with a positive attitude and strong communication skills\nExperience developing and/or reviewing Basis Of Estimate (BOEs) in support of contract development \nPrior coordination of large, cross-functional reviews with internal and external stakeholders\nActive Secret clearance\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
