Are you an enthusiastic individual with a strong planning background that can thrive in an exciting fast-paced dynamic environment?\nThe new Project Engineer Sr. will support the Ground Support Equipment and Facilities Design and Systems Engineering teams in the development and coordination of training materials for new hires for the FBM program.\nIn this dynamic role you will:\nSupport onboarding, training coordination, and instruction for supporting organizations for electrical and mechanical ground support equipment and facilities design and systems engineering.\nDevelop training curriculums, scheduling, and facilitation of materials.\nSupport the integration of corporate and program level training tools\nCollaborate with leadership in organizations to help coordination informal training and develop training plans for design and systems engineering needs.\nAutomate and reduce inefficiencies in overall training support by developing workflows using key tools such as Sharepoint and Atlassian suite products\nThe information below reflects the standard job description for this position:\nCoordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nDemonstrated experience with facilitation, new-hire training, and onboarding.\nDemonstrated experience with technical training.\nAbility to operate in a fast paced, collaborative team environment and to interface daily with multiple internal stakeholders.\nExperience with Sharepoint, Teams, MS Office Products, and Atlassian Tool Suite.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to produce clear training products and present HR and technical concepts to varied audiences.\nDesired Skills\nDirect experience with Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Products\nDirect experience utilizing ADDIE and ISD to create training products\nExperience developing and maintaining training plans, coordination, and scheduling of training.\nDirect experience streamlining processes and reducing cycle time through standardization and automation.\nExcellent presentation and briefing delivering concise updates to technical and non-technical audiences.\nTeam-player mindset with demonstrated success in cross-functional teams, especially in aerospace or missile-system environments.\nGeneral understanding of missile or launch-vehicle design/assembly and associated ground-support equipment, and knowledge of Trident II (D5LE) system interfaces is a plus.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
