We are seeking a candidate that will be integral in the facility activation planning as the facilities identify what capabilities are required, what equipment is needed, what infrastructure mods need to occur, etc. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop schedules, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements throughout the MK7 reentry lifecycle at SWFLANT, Kings Bay. The candidate will prepare and coordinate plans and schedules to communicate the production requirements for our facility. Develop process flows and participate in process modeling exercises. Identify issues and concerns and evaluate impact to operations..\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones for MK7 reentry campaigns.\nCoordinate with engineering, test, safety, security, and logistics teams to align resources and timelines.\nTrack progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate status reports for senior leadership.\nIdentify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and maintain a risk-register.\nFacilitate regular project meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.\nSupport budget tracking, cost-benefit analysis, and resource forecasting.\nAssist in the preparation of technical briefings, go/no-go reviews, and post-mission assessments.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office applications, effective communication skills and the ability to close action items.\nIf you have a strong background in manufacturing operations, program planning, and project management.
