The CAM bridges the gap between executive-level program oversight and detailed work package execution, providing visibility and decision support to senior leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and maintain the control account within the IMS, ensuring work package definition, sequencing, and baselines are accurate and current\nLead or participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Integrated Performance Reviews (IPRs)\nTrack and report earned value metrics (EV, PV, AC), analyze variances, and initiate corrective/preventive actions\nCoordinate with Work Package Managers (WPMs), Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), and functional disciplines (engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics)\nDevelop and present status reports, briefings, and risk registers to program leadership and stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with LM EVM policies, DAU competencies, and applicable government contract requirements (FAR, DFARS)\nIdentify and mitigate schedule/cost risks; support root cause analysis of performance deviations\nFacilitate data-driven decision making through performance trend analysis and forecast updates\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred\n5+ years of progressive experience in program management, integrated project control, or EVM in defense/aerospace\nStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to interface across multiple levels of management and contractor/ government teams\nMust possess or be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance\nRole may require occasional travel (up to 20%) and support for off-site meetings/reviews\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail and compliance\nDesired Skills\nProven experience supporting IMS development, IBRs, and earned value management on large-scale programs\nExperience with industry-standard scheduling tools (e.g., Open Plan, MS Project, DoD-generated scheduling software)\nFamiliarity with Agile/ Hybrid project management frameworks in addition to traditional WP/EVM approaches\nPrior CAM or similar management point role on DoD/NASA/Intel community contracts\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
