Plan and formulate engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Additional responsibilites will include working the the missile integration team as the Control Account Manager (CAM) having responsibility for cost, schedule and technical execution. The role will support creation of and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedule activities and will partner with technical team to create and executable baseline. Presenting in program reviews as well as various control boards to internal and external customers will be required. Formal Risk and Opportunity identification, management and tracking are also included in the responsibilities for the postion. Other ad-hoc tasking by program management.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelors degree or higher from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education\nExperience with program management, control account management, and earned value management principles (EVM)\nExperience leading multi-disciplinary teams\nExperience establishing clear vision and objectives for individual work\nMust be a US Citizen, Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance\nDesired Skills\n1+ years experience on the FBM program, or with the Navy SSP Customer\nExperience collaborating with a Software development team\nSystems engineering principles and practices on a major development program\nPayload interfaces and integration\nAssembly, integration, and flight test experience\nExperience with proposals and capture management\nActive Top Secret DoD security clearance\nExperience with government budgeting processes, and defense acquisition\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
