This role will include CAM responsibility and total ownership of quality, cost, and schedule performance for their assigned programs which includes both labor and material responsibilities.\nSetting up manufacturing budgets (both labor and material) and executing earned value requirements for both\nLeading proposals to include leading the proposal and authoring basis of estimates (BOEs)\nLeading new program launches and leading the team through end item material delivery\nLeading the IPT to ensure a Quality, on budget, and on time delivery\nAnalyzing and updating program schedules\nLeading the IPT to develop production startup requirements\nResponsible for execution of existing production lines\nIdentifying and coordinating implementation of internal process improvements\nSupporting and participating in programmatic and technical reviews, briefings, and meetings\nCoordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility\nPlans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. \nCoordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.\nEvaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases.\nWHO WE ARE\nOur functional group, the Operations Program Management team, is composed of ~35 professionals with a range of skill and experience.
