And we’re reimagining how space can connect us, ensuring security and prosperity.\nJoin us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you!\nIn this role you will:\nProvide primary Tech Ops interface with Program Management (PM) Office/Customer for all programmatic items on a specific program\nBe responsible for identification and closure of technical issues.\nTrack Estimated time to Complete/Earned Value Management (ETC/EVM) Metrics to monitor program performance and identify technical or Tech Ops staffing risks, while managing cost/schedule.\nProvide timely and accurate projections of engineering resource requirements while working with PM to ensure GRID is up to date.\nWork closely with first and second line functional leaders to identify and secure appropriate staffing, coordinates with the PM office and first line managers on proposed engineering staffing changes prior to changes.\nWork in concert with the LOB and/or Market Segment Chief Engineer, ensures program plans and technical baselines are consistent with Program Control processes and Modern Engineering Practices.\nOwn responsibility for the Chief Architect (CA) roles and responsibilities when the project or market segment does not utilize CAs.Depending on size/complexity of program, EPM role may be filled from Chief Engineer or Centers of Excellence (COE) organization.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree\nFamiliarity with Program Operations, including knowledge of at least one engineering field\nWillingness to travel as needed to support program goals\nTop Secret clearance required to start\nDesired Skills\nExperience with Staffing, VEMO, and Facilitization, including:\nCoordinating and managing staffing processes\nDeveloping and implementing VEMO plans\nExperience with Network Resources, including:\nManaging and coordinating network resources (e.g.,software tool implementation)\nExperience with facilitating the delivery of contract deliverables, including:\nCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders\nExperience with meeting support, including:\nCoordinating meetings and events\nExperience as a Control Account Manager\nExperience with Program Protection, including:\nEnsuring compliance with program protection regulations\nImplementing program protection measures\nExperience with Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)\nExperience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies\nFamiliarity with government contracting and procurement processes\nExperience with security protocols and procedures\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
