Serving as a key liaison across engineering, program, and government stakeholders, this role ensures project compliance, risk mitigation, and successful delivery through rigorous planning and coordination.\nCore Responsibilities:\nMaintain technical, cost, and schedule aspects of contracts and generate earned value and risk assessments.\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans and Basis of Estimates while supporting Control Account Management (CAM).\nCollaborate with engineering, program, and government stakeholders to resolve anomalies and drive continuous improvement.\nParticipate in customer, government, and audit reviews, ensuring compliance and clear communication of project status.\nReport progress, issues, and achievements to the Directorate and Program leadership.\nWork cross-functionally to develop proposal deliverables, including scoping documents, fact-finding presentations, and Basis of Estimates.\nCoordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility.\nCoordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.\nThe information below reflects the standard job description for this position:\nCoordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a related technical field\nPossess strong customer relationship management skills to include outreach and communications experience\nDemonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope\nProgram/project management experience and demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects\nExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and/or Control Account Management (CAM) or comparable experience\nProficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools\nDesired Skills\nCandidate must be available for occasional domestic travel (up to 25 %).\nExperience managing and prioritizing multiple high-priority tasks.\nExceptional communication skills.\nExperience in Project Planning and/or Project Management.\nExperience working proposals, contracts and/or process development and improvement.\nExperience with project performance and metric tools such as Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Tableau.\nPay Information\nGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
