Interface with Program Management, Finance & Business Ops, and other functions to support proposal development and negotiation.\nSupport quick-turn ROM estimates, often relying on similar-to efforts or other supporting data to submit estimates with minimal opportunity to coordinate with functional engineering.\nProvide proposal briefings and coordinate approvals for F-35 Engineering and Program Management leadership through Executive Planning Panel (EPP).\nCoordinate scope changes and ensure communication to engineering stakeholders and program leadership.\nMust be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nThis position can be located in Fort Worth, TX or Marietta, GA or Palmdale, CA\nCoordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.\nBasic Qualifications\nProposal development experience.\nProject Management or Project Engineering experience.\nExperience developing and managing a project schedule.\nExperience leading a cross-functional team.\nBachelor's degree with a STEM major required.\nSecret or higher security clearance.\nDesired Skills\nDemonstrated experience working with proposals and/or contracts in APTS\nExperience creating cross functional project plans, estimates or integrated master schedules.\nF-35 Program Experience\nDemonstrated organizational skills with specific experience managing conflicting priorities.\nDemonstrated analytical skills, solving complex technical problems.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
