This high-visibility role partners closely with Production Operations, Program Management, and Chief Engineering stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with Aero Operating Model (AOM) objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead cross-functional project teams to resolve high impact issues.\nCollaborate with Production support teams to identify, track, and mitigate production-impacting risks.\nBrief senior and executive leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.\nDrive complex problem-solving with direct impact on F-35 production excellence.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering/technical discipline from an accredited institution, or equivalent related experience.\nProven program/project management experience.\nThorough understanding of Engineering and Production processes and procedures.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record producing clear executive-level briefings and technical documentation.\nDesired Skills\nRisk and opportunity management expertise.\nProficiency with enterprise tools and platforms.\nStrong data analysis abilities.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
