Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical).\nKnowledge of proposal development principles, practices, and tools.\nSecret security clearance\nDesired Skills\nAdvanced degree in Engineering (e.g., Master's, Ph.D.).\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a project engineering or proposal development role, with experience managing complex proposals.\nExperience with budgeting, cost control, and financial management.\nExperience with Lockheed Martin's products, systems, and technologies.\nFamiliarity with Lockheed Martin's processes and procedures.\nStrong knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.\nExperience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.\nStrong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
