Theater Strike Weapon Systems Production is responsible for producing end item products for the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) and Long Range Hypersonic Weapon family of programs.\nCoordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.\nThe TSWS Production Program team is looking for an exceptional Project Engineer to serve as Risk and Opportunity Integrator.\nAs a valued member of our team, you will:\nAct as the (FSEIT) Flight Systems Engineering Integration & Test Risk, Issues, and Opportunity Integrator\nAct as the liaison between Lockheed Martin and Strategic Systems Programs (SSP)/SPC2 - Flight Systems Branch for Risk, Issues, and Opportunities\nAct as delegate for the CPS Program Risk Manager\nEnsure that Risk and Opportunity Management Program is operated incompliance with LM CRX 101, AS9100D and HSWS contract documents\nCoordinate Joint Program Risk and Opportunity Management Board meeting with government and industry partners\nProvide management oversight of the HSWS Risk Management program\nIdentify risks associated with missile defense programs and their impacts to meeting mission objectives\nDevelop plans/strategies and controls/mitigations for identified risks\nAdministrate and Maintain Joint Program Risk Database (IRIS and ROADs)\nPerform Risk Management program data analytics and trend analysis\nAnalyze risk trends and choose the most effective strategies for communicating those trends to various stakeholders and business leaders\nUse of risk trending data to highlight problem areas\nProvide recommendations for effective implementation and maintenance of the Risk Management Plan and associated Risk Management training program\nConduct Risk Management Reviews/ Working Groups to facilitate risk management awareness communication among stakeholders and risk owners\nMonitor and track overall program risk activities to include capturing details, managing strategies, implementing risk program requirements, and ensuring closure of action items utilizing risk management tools and methods\nParticipate in and provide subject matter expertise support to various engineering, safety, and risk management working groups, panels, etc. that specialize in the evaluation, management, and mitigation of risks\nDevelop and implement a training program for risk management methods and techniques for both team members and managers that are consistent across HSWS program\nDevelop and present Risk Management Program Status information via reports and presentations that illustrate program risks and mitigations.\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience as a Risk and Opportunity Project Engineer and R&O Management for a Program, IPT, or other complex-multi-disciplined organization\nDemonstrated understanding of the Risk and Opportunity Management process\nKnowledge of program lifecycle\nAbility to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines\nAbility to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance\nDesired Skills\nExperience working in the development phase of a missile program\nExperience working with Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP)\nExperience applying Lockheed Martin Systems Engineering processes\nDesign and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, synergetic team environment\nDemonstrated ability to apply systems thinking techniques to a wide range of complex problems\nActive Secret clearance\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
