This role will support Proposal Managers across THAAD contracts to evolve program needs into fully defined contractual projects with the U.S. Government. This involves the entire acquisition life cycle from pre-coordination, development of proposal estimates and negotiations with the customer.\nResponsibilities will include:\n· Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop inputs for proposals\n· Create Basis of Estimates (BOEs) using genBOE and BOEPro for proposal submittals\n· Understand and communicate Technical Baselines, Task Instructions, and Requests for Proposal requirements\n· Effectively plan and support technical and schedule requirements while coordinating with multi-functional teams across multiple LM sites in a dynamic and multifaceted environment\n· Develop and present summary and status details to Senior Leadership\n· Efficiently manage several ongoing projects serving as a liaison between the technical, acquisition, program teams and stakeholders\n· Maintain well-organized proposal databases and documents\n· Travel as needed to support the program needs\nThe information below reflects the standard job description for this position:\nOversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
